CEASOLDER

  • Temporary Peelable Rubber Latex Solder Mask

    Ceasolder is a high temperature resistant rubber latex.

  • It is used to temporarily mask metal surfaces from molten solder during a wave soldering process. It can be applied directly from the applicator bottle and or dispensed though a pneumatic dispenser. 

  • Packaging options: 12 oz. bottles and 1 gallon containers.

WAVE SOLDER OIL

(WATER SOLUBLE) 2020

  • 2020 water soluble wave oil is a highly refined synthetic oil hat contains an effective dross inhibiting agent that reduces dross build-up in the solder pot.

  • Wave Oil 2020 is compatible with rosin-based fluxes and all types or organic acid fluxes.

  • Wave Oil 2020 is compatible with leaded and lead free soldering systems.

  • Packaging options: 1 Gallon - 5 gallon jugs and 55 gallon drums.

Hand Soldering

REWORK WANDS

  • Flux filled applicator pens designed for hand soldering rework applications available in no-clean, water-soluble RMA and RA formulations. Compatible leaded and lead free chemistries.

  • Rework wands are sold in boxes of 25 1/3 oz. flux filled pen like applicator

DELTA TIP TINNER

  • Delta Tip Tinner consists of a mixture of solder powder and thermally stable oxide reducing compounds and is designed for cleaning and re-tinning soldering iron tips.

  • Available for lead free and leaded assemblies. Box of (10) 1 oz. can
